I strive to feel and be all these things too. 🙂 I  struggled with skin and the obsession of being perfect so much that I didn’t have any other time to pursue and do what I really loved. Over the past 5+ years, I have learned how to simplify my health routine so I can focus on everything else that truly matters.  Feeling my best is a top priority to me. You cannot show up if you don’t feel your best. I hate being sick. I hate being tired. I hate having extremely painful cysts on my face. I hate sneezing incessantly. I hate when my blood sugar crashes and I get crabby or hangry. I became a health coach so I could learn everything about looking and feeling my best so I could play BIG in life. That’s why I want to help you! I want you to become a natural at effortlessly nourishing your body so you can PLAY BIG. One of the best things you can learn from yourself is how to eat for your body! And I am here to help guide you! I created this blog so you can learn from ME! I am SO passionate about this – I just cannot contain it any longer – It brings me serious tears of joy and happiness! I can help guide you down a path that alone may seem overwhelming, but with your number one cheerleader (chelsea jolene) at your side I can promise you it will much easier! I want you waking up ever day feeling radiant and resilient !!

But food is just the first step, there are a whole lot of other goodies to add to the “RECIPE to create a Life + Biz that you <3”

And because no one wants to focus on food 24/7, I will be sprinkling in lots of information about personal development and creativity! I am an expert in creating new habits to help you FEEL inspired, RADIANT, and resilient. I have created lots of new habits in my life to help me feel more fulfilled, radiant, and resilient! I used to barely roll out of bed before work. Work the entire day like a complete zombie and then spend my nights accomplishing nothing! I would go to bed feeling guilty, unhappy, and craving the desire to create beautiful things!  The truth is I did have the time I just wasn’t managing my time OR energy. Now I wake up 2 hours before heading to work! I go the gym every day, I make time for social events AND I still work on my business. I even take some time to listen to my intuition and do what feels GOOD all at the same time. And I still get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night! Yep! Creating GOOD habits is essential to living a fulfilling life!  Health is the key to PLAYING BIG, but HABITS are the foundation of success in ALL areas of life.  

I have soo much to share with you all (stay tuned) but, if I could share one message with you all, it would be that I want ALL of you to know that health CAN be effortless and you CAN live the life you dreamed of.  

We all have a light to share with the world and I only want to help you shine that light BRIGHTER.
