{Wonder Wednesday} & Feeling Worthy to Be ‘Lazy’

Hi Everyone, I hope you all had a wonderful Easter holiday with family and friends. <3 I am so excited for the warmer weather and really excited for the coming months and the new alignment in my business and life. I am so excited to share with you more of what I am learning in my own life and what is coming up for me!!
Here are some of my favorite things right now that I have been using for my own total wellness! <3
Your Body:
Lentil Tacos – This recipe is so freaking good. I never liked lentils before. {my taste buds still continually grow even as a foodie} This tastes just like taco meat, but juicier and so much lighter. It is also cheaper so if you want to save some money…try this!
I found this NEW workout and it is so FREAKING cool. Ballet Beautiful. YEP!! Time for me to be a ballerina again! <3 This trainer created some tough workouts and she even trained Natalie Portman in the Black Swan – how freaking cool !!??
My favorite supplement right now is Proflavonal C. I like to call it “face lift in a bottle.” This bottle is packed full of vitamin C and grape seed extract to nourish the skin from the inside and give you a healthy GLOW. <3
This episode on Bulletproof Radio got me SUPER excited about infrared saunas. I have done 2 sessions already and I love it! {I am addicted to sun and this a great way to detox and feel nourished from heat} Also if you don’t already listen to Bulletproof radio and you want to learn more about how to kick a** at life and live in a state of high performance [how can you not??] you need to start listening. This is one of my top favorite podcasts and I LOVE biohacking. I am finally going to order my first box of bulletproof coffee and I will let you know right away what I think and how I feel! <3
Your Mind: – Working on my mind is a constant and daily thing!! But doing the work sure is powerful!
Ready to unroot negative thoughts from your life? Ready to STOP believing thoughts that are holding you back from your true potential? We all have SO many beliefs packed into our brain.
Lately – my mind has been stuck in not feeling worthy enough to be lazy. I felt pressure to DO more so I could be worthy enough in my eyes. I felt pressure to look skinny enough to be worthy of being a health coach. I felt the pressure to be perfect other wise people would look down on me….
The truth is this was my mind telling me to believe these things about myself that were simply not true. I would never have thought that the ego would come to me through my how much I would put out there and do. And these negative beliefs were pushing me to work from a place of fear and not love. I found myself overcommitting, rushing around, and doing {no joke} 10 things at one time.
Do you feel not enough? How does it show up in your life? Are you pressuring yourself to find success just to be found worthy by others?
I have been really working on my mind and de-stressing and one of the most powerful tools that I have discovered is hypnosis. Check out Grace Smith on Periscope. She does free daily hypnoscopes @gracesmithtv that help to de-stress you and make you feel more confident. Hypnosis has a lot of misconceptions, but it is really just meditation with a goal. You cannot be hypnotized to do anything that you don’t want to do and it is a powerful way to stop ANY bad habits, bad ways of thinking so you can SHIFT into the powerful and successful person you want to become.
Monthly Mantra – I am more than enough. I have more than enough. I am worthy of everything that I desire. <3
Grab your journal and work through any beliefs that keep popping up for you. Journaling is SO therapeutic and is basically like a free counselor/therapist. do you have a favorite journal? I would love to see a picture below in the comments! <3
I have also been doing major work on my money and success mindset….I am working with Danny & Nate J on their program called the Find the Money Project Next Level You. So far I have loved the course and I have been clearly my clutter!! Sometimes becoming an adult can be so difficult…organizing stuff, keeping things clean, managing money, investing, blah blah blah…it can be overwhelming to just suddenly have all these great habits!! But getting organized and clearing the clutter have really helped me to feel more solid and connected with myself and my home. I get really stressed out when things get super messy and it has helped me to realize that being organized {most of the time} is necessary for my sanity and my mind. I got rid of SO much stuff and I am excited to go through again and get rid of more!! whoo!! I am focused clearing up as much clutter as possible and developing systems to keep my place clean, clutter-free, and most of all SIMPLE!!
Your Soul:
Spirit Junkie by Gabby Bernstein – I bought her first book years ago, (Add More ING to your Life) but the message didn’t FULLY resonate with me yet. The book just called my name and said “Buy me”. I think that was my first sign of the journey I would someday embark on…. But boy I can now see why it called my name and jumped right off the shelf. The book was definitely an impulse buy and I KNOW it was the first of many signs to guide me in this direction. Spirit Junkie is her next book and it has blown me away. Gabby has opened my heart and guided me to improve my relationship with God to a whole new level. My life is transforming before my eyes as I choose to focus even more on love instead of fear and anxiety. I have so many bad habits that are rooted in fear and anxiety. {Including my recent bad habit of doing more out of fear of not being enough} This book and her other 2 books are guiding me to find more freedom and be a continual source of inspiration. <3
